The first form with the tab 'Case' is for entering the case details. The other two forms 'Anaes' and 'Notes' can be accessed by tapping the relevant tab towards the top of the screen.

For more information regarding entering case details please refer to the 'Entering Cases on Palm' and 'Case Example' chapters.

ENTERING AN ANAESTHETIC

The 'Anaes' form is for entering the anaesthetic technique used as well as any procedures performed.

The terms recommended by the Royal College of Anaesthetists can be accessed via the popup lists by tapping the corresponding field label, e.g. [Priority].

ENTERING NOTES

The 'Notes' form can be used to enter a variety of user defined information including general 'free text' notes, user defined fields and incidents.
